Shipping & Returns
All orders will typically ship out within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated (shipping may take an extra day during high-volume times such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday).
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has shipped.
When ordering for a special occasion or gift, please keep in mind possible post office delays, especially during high-volume times such as holidays.
We do not ship internationally - USA shipping only.
If you choose store pick-up and do not pick-up your order within a timely manner, you will be invoiced for applicable shipping charges.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
So that we can offer a great selection at amazing prices as well as due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for money back.
We can only offer STORE CREDIT (or an exchange when possible).
Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of tracking showing as delivered or 14 days from receipt date if purchased in store.
Please be sure to refer to the size chart or let us know if you have any questions on sizing as well as any other product questions before ordering if you are unsure.
Returns must be new, unworn, unwashed with tags still attached and free of perfumes or odors.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping and must obtain a tracking number for reference.
Before attempting a return/exchange, contact us. If you do not contact us prior to a return/exchange, we will mark your package "Return to Sender" and we will not be responsible for any lost postage fees you incurred.
